Grace, Grit, and Gratitude are the keys to longevity and overcoming the health challenges that women in midlife face. I’m sure you can relate when I say, women in midlife experience unique challenges that require a different approach than when we were in our 20s or 30s. Each woman needs to identify her unique recipe for longevity, because there is no One Size Fits all solution.

These three concepts that have guided me in my own self-healing journey and quest for longevity. Healing pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, joint pain, insulin resistance, and addiction to sugar and nicotine would never have manifested without being rooted in self-compassion, resilience, and gratefulness.
