“I completed Raymi’s 8-Week Metabolic Reset program this past summer and it was a life changing experience! When I started the program, I had been suffering from malnutrition (was not absorbing enough nutrients and minerals in my body), and had recently recovered from injuries due to fainting. “I suffer from obesity, elevated blood pressure, asthma, and osteoarthritis, before working with Raymi Taylor, I had inflammation throughout my body and limited mobility, I often felt sluggish and I fatigued easily. I have a sedentary job and whenever I would get up from sitting, I was hunched over for a few minutes before being able to walk upright and at the end of every day, my ankles were swollen. When I returned home from work at the end of the day I would sit with my ankles elevated, or I used compression to reduce the swelling but the swelling persisted. I became tired of watching my health decline so with Raymi’s help, I joined her 21-day challenge and made a conscious decision to do whatever I could do to naturally reduce inflammation, get off my blood pressure medication, and shed the extra pounds.
