Ceiba Root Yoga practice is dedicated to nourishing the spirit of all who come to practice. As a student of yoga, I am deeply committed to diversity of ethnicity, size, shape, gender, religion, and embrace the inclusion of all people.

My passion is working with clients to create their own personal practice. I provide a nurturing environment intended to awaken inner awareness, reduce stress, relieve tension, increase resilience, and help you thrive! The virtual studio provides instruction in traditional Hatha yoga, and gentle Vinyasa flow yoga.

Rooted in the wisdom of the Himalayan Tradition of Sri Vidya Tantra, we explore the eight limbs of yoga, meditation, and ayurveda. The practice consists of asana, breath work, yoga philosophy, mindfulness, loving kindness, and safe alignment principles.
