Sundays, 8AM - 8:45AM (PST) Connect to your inner fire in this series of five 45-minute strength training sessions, and learn the fundamentals of using handweights and body weight to build strength. This foundational class is designed for beginner to intermediate students.
This Workshop Series Consists of:
5-Minute Mobility Warm Up
30-Minute Hand Weight Workout (4 Rounds of 3 Unique Sets)
10-Minute Yoga Conditioning Cool Down
Training in correct posture in weightlifting movements.
Guidance in connecting movement and weight lifts with your breath.
Time and space to ask questions and form check as need at the end of class.
Benefits:
Participants use their own bodyweight; light, medium and heavy hand weights; and resistance bands. $50 for the entire series. Classes are Delivered Online via Zoom. Limited to 15-Person Maximum.
